Cletus Suh Suhfree is a distinguished scholar with a rich academic background, holding a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Buea, an MA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Johannesburg, and a Cum Laude Master of Arts in Development Studies earned in 2025. Currently a PhD candidate at the University of South Africa, his research focuses on Africa’s quest for permanent membership in the United Nations Security Council, reflecting his deep engagement with international politics and African governance.
As co-founder and Chairperson of the Pan-African Renaissance Agents (P.R.A), Suhfree is a formidable Pan-Africanist advancing continental unity, self-determination, and socio-political renewal. His leadership in this role exemplifies commitment to Africa’s renaissance, bridging activism and intellectual debate to redefine Africa’s future.
Author of Africa: Where Did We Go Wrong? Part I, Suhfree critically examines Africa’s challenges and pathways to renewal. His public intellectualism, extensive research, and teaching careers are dedicated to dismantling colonial legacies and promoting intellectual emancipation, making him an influential thought leader in Pan-African discourse and continental transformation.

Tholakele Nyathi holds dual master’s degrees from the University of Pretoria and UNISA, specialising in Public Administration, Policy Analysis, and Financial Management. Her academic background underpins her extensive professional experience, bridging research coordination, policy innovation, and governance challenges in public service. She integrates digital solutions with grassroots advocacy to advance effective governance.
As founder and former president of Nzingha UJ and ex-Executive Secretary of the TMALI Alumni Forum, Tholakele is a committed Pan-African social entrepreneur. Currently Director of Operations at Pan-African Renaissance Agents, she champions women’s liberation, African knowledge systems, and intergenerational dialogue on leadership, justice, and governance.
Tholakele’s core interests span public sector reform, gender justice, Pan-African governance, and diaspora engagement. Fluent in multiple African languages, she employs research and policy expertise to drive social innovation and transform public education and governance for sustainable African development.
Zukisa Magadla is a BSc Biochemistry graduate from UKZN, with advanced studies at the University of South Africa and the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute (TMALI), where he specialised in strategic management and Thought Leadership for Africa's Renewal.
As an accomplished entrepreneur and Managing Director of Pan-African Renaissance Agents (P.R.A), he leads multiple private enterprises, fostering impactful business-to-business and international trade initiatives. Combining deep scientific expertise with executive acumen, Zukisa also serves as Director 1, steering strategic decision-making and regional development.
Passionate about Africa’s peace and prosperity, he is dedicated to driving sustainable growth and continental advancement through innovative enterprise and visionary leadership.
Satish is a Tinkerer of Technology, Pan-Africanist and IT specialist, with extensive experience managing ERP Applications for some of Southern Africa's largest organizations.
Born and raised in the glorious province of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, he later migrated to Gauteng. He holds a B. Com degree, an Honors in Public Administration and is currently an MBA candidate at the Johannesburg Business School.

Renowned for operational excellence and strategic leadership, she exemplifies mission-aligned discipline and transformative force development. Academically accomplished, she holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management and advanced military leadership certifications. As P.R.A's Security Adviser, she leads critical regional security initiatives.
A passionate advocate for gender transformation, Amanda advances African feminist leadership through mentorship and policy reforms. Decorated and highly respected, she bridges operational expertise with academic rigour, embodying the SANDF’s commitment to diversity, professionalism, and regional stability.
Tafara Chingwe DTM is a member of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA) and Toastmasters International. He has 11 years of speaking experience and achieved the highest accolade of Certified Advanced Gold Speaker. Tafara is a Certified Trainer and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner with a wealth of Training experience. Academically he holds a B.Com Banking (Hons) degree from the prestigious NUST.
